Review of the Drive for Shoes

Happy New Year 2026!  Our 18th Annual Holiday Shoe Drive for the Homeless was extremely successful.  We received nearly 1000 pairs of footwear for children and adults.  Our partnership with United Way of Rockland (uwrc.org) and United Way of Westchester and Putnam (uwwp.org) continues.  The United Way has picked up all footwear last month and began distributing to the less fortunate in our community to provide shoes in order to help prevent frostbite, foot infections, and amputations.

We are especially grateful for the support of the following organizations in our community which helped us collect several pairs of footwear:

A special thanks goes out to the students from Clarkstown South High School who sorted the footwear collected in order to fulfill their community service requirements.  Thank you to Andrea, Yamilet, and Mikayla.
